Will you have any new designs this year?

Yes! We are so excited to introduce you to our new colors, patterns and shapes. Want a sneak peek? Follow us on Instagram!

Your pumpkins sell out so quickly. Will there be a restock?

Yes they do and we have been working all year to make this our best year yet. Our first launch will be epic with more items available than in the past. They sell so fast so we suggest you sign on right before the launch and purchase immediately. Items in your cart are not reserved. Once you purchase, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed. When your order is complete, we will send you a tracking number.

I placed my order, now what? How soon will my pumpkins ship?

Once we receive your order, we will start working diligently to fill your order in the order it is received. Please understand we receive hundreds of orders on launch day. We are a small team and fulfillment can take up to four weeks. The good news is they will arrive well before
the season begins.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number letting you know when your order will arrive.

I missed the items I wanted. How can I purchase them now?

Luckily we have a Back in Stock notification on each item. If there is a pumpkin product that is sold out that you would like, you can sign up to be notified when that item is back in stock. There will be a button that says "Email Me When Available Again" in that product. Please click on it and enter in your email address or phone number to be notified as soon as we restock that item.

Will you restock?

We will do our best to restock as often as we can throughout the season. We have stock and will paint every piece we have for you. However, with the uncertainty in manufacturing and shipping, some items maybe impossible to restock.

I have a Bridal Shower and need pumpkins...

Email us and we will see if we can accommodate your special request. We need 4-6 weeks lead time.

Do you offer International shipping?

Not at this time. Many of our clients use a shipping service to forward their packages to them.

When are pumpkins going to be released this year?

Pumpkins will be released on Saturday, August 12th at 10am Eastern time.

Can I pre-order pumpkins?

Unfortunately, we can't accept pre-orders for pumpkins at this time.
